We ship your order via Hermes Germany GmbH by parcel to your delivery address. All prices are final prices in euros and include statutory VAT. The shipping costs for your order are shown in the shopping cart before you complete your order. They depend on the size of the package (package class) and the destination country. The package class is determined by the sum of the longest and shortest side of the package. The weight may not exceed 25 kg.

We deliver exclusively to Germany and Austria. Delivery to other countries is not possible. There is no free-shipping threshold; shipping costs apply to every order.
We generally hand over your order to Hermes within 3-5 business days. After that, transit time within Germany is generally 1 to 3 business days, and to Austria generally 5 to 6 business days. No delivery takes place on Sundays or public holidays. Tracking is included with every parcel.
